Spider Phobia GONE!
I wanted to share my experience using EFT with Janice. I had mentioned my extreme fear of spiders to her once and she said we could tap on it. I chuckled because it was obvious she just didn’t get it. I’m talking sweating, heart palpitations and tears. I almost wrecked my car once because of a spider. And it wasn’t even that big. Anyway, I agreed but not really expecting any results. My logical brain just said “NoWay”.
The day of the appointment I almost cancelled because I was afraid she would want to “Test” it but I knew she wouldn’t do anything I wasn’t ready for.
To make a long story short, after 1 ½ hours of tapping on spiders and how they had affected my life for a very long time we had a break through and reached the root of my phobia which I wasn’t even aware of. Now, I still don’t care for spiders or bugs in general but it is a normal reaction. I killed one with a tissue just the other day. Any spider that made its way into my house prior to my treatment was a job for my son or husband. If they weren’t home I would throw a shoe at it. I couldn’t make any contact with it.
It’s wonderful to not feel like you are going to have a complete meltdown over a spider.
I’m working on my chocolate, sugar or anything sweet addiction.
